The View

The cabin on Mississippi Ridge lies in a secluded section of ridge-top woods teeming with wildlife.  Keep an eye out for whitetail deer; they frequent a trail about 75 yards downhill from the cabin deck.

COLORS
The Mississippi River bluffs are blanketed with oak and maple that parade though a spectrum of colors from spring through fall. 

SUNSETS
As the day slips over the Iowa bluffs, light shimmers on Lake Winneshiek, a wide expanse of the Mississippi River.
