Reservations

A 50% deposit is required for all reservations, due within 7 days after booking. 

Full refunds will be given for one month’s notice of cancellation.  For cancellation notices less than one month, refunds (less a $50 service fee) will be issued only if the dates can be resold.  If not, the deposit can be applied to another date.  Reservations are accepted less than a month in advance contingent on availability.  A confirmation of accommodations with cabin location and directions will be sent upon receipt of deposit.
